Gabriel A. Torres
“Gabe” is a Special Forces Soldier with over 14 years military service and experience. The majority of his time in the Special Operations Forces (SOF) community has been served as a Senior SF Engineer Sergeant. He has been able to hone and refine these skills on five different continents, and through multiple deployments with diverse host nation partner forces. These experiences encompassed successfully executing SOF operations, advising and assisting partner force units on missions, and instructing the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) necessary to accomplish their objectives.
Gabe transitioned from active-duty military service to SF National Guard and continues his service as a Green Beret in search of the next challenge and opportunity to conduct SOF operations and feed his passion for teaching the next partner force. Other qualifications Gabe has gained over his career has been completing the Advanced Special Operations Techniques Course, qualifying him as an Emerald Nomad, and multiple SF Advanced Urban Combat Courses (SFAUCC). Currently, Gabe is a Sensitive Activities Advisor contractor for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
As an instructor at NOBLE, longtime teammate and close friend of NOBLE's founder Mark Silkwood, I am truly grateful for this opportunity to continue serving my country by teaching and guiding our safe, but lethal set of skills gained over time, space, and experience.
